Why another sock pattern? Simple these socks are different!
Custom Fit Socks pattern booklets give any handknitter the
ability to make beautiful, well-fit socks in any size and from any yarn.
After taking a few simple measurements and making a sample gauge swatch
from the yarn and needles chosen, the knitter fills in a worksheet that
creates the pattern for that particular pair of socks. Only simple math
is needed to create a custom fit pattern!
Each pattern booklet includes several heel styles, a chart of foot measurements
for standard shoe sizes, illustrated explanations of necessary stitches
and techniques, and tips, tricks and suggestions for sock knitting from
choosing yarn to working with double pointed needles.

Number 1: Cuff-to-Toe Socks follows the traditional method
of knitting socks, starting with the leg and working down the sock to end
with the toe. |

Number 2: Toe-Up Socks gives the less traditional method
of working the sock "backwards" -- try it on for fit as the work progresses; adjust length for the amount of yarn on hand (no more running out of yarn on the toe of the second sock!); and use simpler toe, heel and gusset shaping, with virtually identical results -- and no more grafting!
